CEO

Lorraine Abreu has over 20 years of hands‑on experience in the construction industry, having built deep understanding across every phase from planning and operations to execution. Five years ago, she founded Yanqui’s Empire Construction Inc, leading the company’s growth with a foundation of integrity, quality, and client satisfaction. Under her leadership, we strive not just to build structures, but to build trust and long‑lasting value.

Vice President / Estimator

Wilson Yanqui is our Vice President and Lead Estimator. He holds a certificate from Orange Technical College in Computer‑Aided Drawing and Modeling, where he developed advanced skills in CADD, 3‑D modeling, and architectural drafting. Wilson brings precision, technical expertise, and a sharp eye for cost analysis, ensuring every estimate is accurate, competitive, and aligned with our standards for quality and safety

Yangtse Yanqui studied Business Administration at a technical college. She manages our accounts payable with precision, overseeing vendor payments and ensuring financial accuracy. In addition to her financial role, Yangtse is a licensed real estate professional, offering valuable insight into property contracts and transactions.

Project Manger

Julio Yanqui studied Business Administration at a technical college. He now serves as Estimator for the company, using his education to prepare accurate cost analyses, review project plans, and work with vendors and subcontractors. Julio’s strong analytical skills and attention to detail help ensure our bids are competitive and reliable.

Kevin Yanqui has been with the company for 6 years as Project Manager. He oversees all phases of our construction projects — from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. Kevin ensures projects stay on schedule, budgets are respected, quality is maintained, and client expectations are met.
